1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Everlast Customz (everlastcustomz.spcfy.eu), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person. Shared or resold accounts may be terminated.
3. Products and Purchases
All digital products are provided as-is. Prices are displayed in USD. Free products may be downloaded without payment. Paid products require payment through our payment processor (SellAuth). All sales are final unless a refund is granted under our refund policy.
4. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Products that have been downloaded are not eligible for refunds except in cases of technical defects. Contact support@everlastcustomz.com for refund requests.
5. Intellectual Property
All products listed on Everlast Customz are the intellectual property of their respective creators. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it, not ownership of the source code or assets. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of purchased products is prohibited.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: use the platform for illegal purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access, upload malicious content, harass other users, create multiple accounts to abuse free products, reverse-engineer paid products for redistribution.
7. Limitation of Liability
Everlast Customz is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of products purchased through this platform. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Danger Zone.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
