Click the Sign Up button in the top right corner of the navigation bar. Fill in your email address, choose a display name, and create a secure password. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account. Once verified, you can access all features including purchasing products and managing your library.

Head over to the Shop page to browse all available products. You can filter by category (FiveM, GTA5, Discord, and more), sort by price or popularity, and use the search bar to find exactly what you're looking for. Each product page includes detailed descriptions, screenshots, and compatibility information.

Free products can be added to your library without payment. Simply navigate to the product page and click the Add to Library button. You'll need a verified account to download files. Once added, you can access your free products anytime from your Dashboard under the Purchases section.

We accept payments through multiple methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways to keep your financial information safe.

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded or used. To request a refund, contact our support team through the Contact page with your order number and reason for the refund. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

All your purchases are available in your Dashboard. Navigate to the Purchases section to view your complete order history, download files, and access license keys. You can re-download purchased products at any time. If a purchase is missing, make sure you're logged into the correct account.

Go to the Login page and click the Forgot Password link below the sign-in form. Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 1 hour. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

You can delete your account from the Settings page in your Dashboard. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section and click Delete Account. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including purchase history and downloaded files, will be removed. We recommend downloading any important files before proceeding.

Absolutely. We take security seriously. All passwords are hashed using industry-standard encryption. Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers, and we never store your full credit card details. Our platform uses HTTPS encryption for all data transfers. We regularly audit our security practices to ensure your information remains protected.

First, make sure you've followed the installation instructions included with the product. Check that your environment meets the minimum requirements listed on the product page. If the issue persists, try re-downloading the latest version from your Dashboard. If none of that works, reach out to us through the Contact page with your order number and a detailed description of the problem, including any error messages.

To install a FiveM script: 1) Download the resource file from your Dashboard. 2) Extract the folder into your server's resources directory. 3) Add ensure resource-name to your server.cfg file. 4) Restart your server. Each product includes a README with specific configuration options and dependencies.

Compatibility issues can arise when multiple resources modify the same game elements. Check the product documentation for known conflicts. Make sure all your resources are updated to their latest versions. If two scripts conflict, try adjusting the load order in your server.cfg.
